A couple of years ago, we found a Confidential Gender Plan for students in the SAUSD website. At the time, some people criticized and accused us of fearmongering. Unfortunately, we were right when we warned parents about what was coming.
A couple of weeks ago, elementary school teachers at Coachella Valley Unified School District received an email announcing that CVUSD was recruiting "Gender and Identity Support Teacher Leads." In the email, they claim that their "LGBTQ student population at their school sites is increasing and they need to support them."
The email offers teachers an extra 20 service hours , and specifies that they want one Gender and Identity Support Teacher Lead in each elementary school within their district.
Among the responsibilities these Teacher Lead has is...you guessed... Gender Plans!
Don't think for a moment that this is an isolated issue, no, they are doing this all throughout the state and they're no longer limiting to Middle School and High School, but also TK and elementary.
SFUSD, leading the way once again, has added links on their website to Elementary Gender Curriculum, and Lesson 0 (zero) introduction says: "Welcome to the Gender Wheel! Here we begin the journey with an overview and a reorientation toward truth outside of western patriarchy and begin establishing a holistic, nature-based understanding of gender."
Remember when we warned you they were coming for our children? Well, they are indeed. The State has made sure to remind us that we the parents are nothing but caregivers for our children, and that they know better what is best for our children.
Parents, pull your kids out of the public school system. California public education is failing and has been failing for a long time, we are ranked 47-48 nationwide!
Parents, get involved, speak up, protect your children. If you don't stand for them, who will?
